When you use the website chat or contact SmartKeys, you may choose to provide information such as your vehicle details, message, name, phone number, and location. We use that information to respond to your request, confirm key fitment, provide a quote, or arrange an appointment.
Online orders
Online checkout is provided by Shopify. Information submitted during checkout, including contact, delivery, pickup, and payment details, is processed through Shopify to complete your order. SmartKeys does not receive or store your full payment-card number through this website.
Chat and website storage
The website uses a locally stored chat identifier so a chat session can continue while you use the site. Messages sent through chat are stored to help SmartKeys respond to your request and provide customer service.
